We sincerely invite you to attend the '2025 International Conference on Advanced Equipment and Intelligent Manufacturing' to be held in Shaoxing, Zhejiang from August 6-8, 2025. This conference is organized by the China Mechanical Engineering Society's Group and Intelligent Integration Technology Branch and Hangzhou Dianzi University, and hosted by Shaoxing University, the Hangzhou Science and Technology Association, and the Shaoxing Science and Technology Association. The conference will primarily feature invited and oral presentations, focusing on new developments, discoveries, and challenges in the field of advanced equipment and intelligent manufacturing both domestically and internationally.
In August, Shaoxing is a beautiful season when the willow smoke is light in the depths of the water caltrop song, and the lotus wind moves in the evening after the rain. We sincerely welcome experts, scholars, young teachers and graduate students engaged in high-end equipment and intelligent manufacturing and related fields to participate in the submission and visit the venue to exchange and discuss together.

5. Conference registration and accommodation
The registration fee of this conference will be charged by China Mechanical Engineering Society and the invoice will be issued. Accommodation will be arranged during the conference, and the cost will be borne by the participants. The hotel will charge the accommodation fee and issue the invoice.
Registration fee: 2000 YUAN/person (1800 yuan/person for mechanical Engineering Society members);
Student representative 800 yuan/person.

6. Theme of the Conference
The main scope of the academic conference (but not limited to) is as follows:
1. Aerospace and intelligent manufacturing
2. Robot-based intelligent manufacturing
3. Marine engineering and intelligent manufacturing
4. Surface engineering and intelligent manufacturing
7. Essay matters
This conference is soliciting report abstracts from four thematic directions. The conference organizing committee will select outstanding abstract authors to give reports for the Youth Forum. The detailed submission requirements are as follows:
1. The template for the report summary is attached to the notice.
2. Submission email: ifheim@hdu.edu.cn
3. Please prepare your report summary based on the following points:
(1) The conference only accepts original research achievements and does not accept review or commentary articles. These articles should have academic or practical promotion value and must not have been published in domestic or international academic journals or conferences.
(2) Submissions in the form of abstracts must be made in both Chinese and English, with a length limit of 500 to 800 words. The abstract should strictly follow the format of title, author, institution, postal code, purpose, materials and methods, results and conclusion. The content should be highly scientific, with a clear focus, reliable data, appropriate conclusions, and smooth and concise language.
The deadline for abstract submission is July 25, 2025
5. Abstract acceptance notice deadline: Before July 27, 2025.
Special Note: For outstanding abstracts (in both Chinese and English), after review by the conference, they will be recommended to China Mechanical Engineering.
